The papers to be submitted must have between 4 to 12 pages, otherwise it will be rejected without review. Please check the paper formats page so that you may be aware of the accepted paper page limits.
The guidelines for paper formatting provided at the conference web ought to be used for all submitted papers. The preferred submission format is the same as the camera-ready format. Please check and carefully follow the instructions and templates provided. Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable.
Papers that are out of the conference scope or contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews.
Double-blind method.
This conference uses the "double-blind" paper evaluation method. In order to facilitate that, the authors are kindly requested to produce and to provide the paper, without any reference to any of the authors. This means that it’s necessary to remove the authors personal details, the acknowledgements section and any reference that may disclose the authors identity.
Camera-ready.
After the reviewing process is completed, the contact author of each paper will be notified of the result, by e-mail. The authors are required to follow the reviews in order to improve their paper before the camera-ready submission.
Papers publication.
All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings, under an ISSN reference and DOI Number, on hard copies and on this website.
Paper Formats.
All papers accepted for the conference will be published in the proceedings under an ISBN reference, on hard copies and on this website, as long as the camera-ready submission, registration and copyright document have been received.
Paper Templates.
The provided MS Word template should be used for all papers. This template was gotten from the IEEE website, at http://www.ieee.org.
Authors are requested to not modify the given template while formatting their camera-ready submission. Each submission will be analyzed and if any formatting error is found, it may be sent to the authors for proper re-formatting.
If the template is not used then the authors have to assure the correct papers formatting otherwise the camera-ready submission may not be accepted for inclusion in the proceedings
