SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Professor Luciano received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) in 1998; his M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) in 2000; and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Federal University of Paraná (UTFPR), in 2003. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at Federal University of Paraná (UFPR).
