SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Professor Paulo received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) in 1977; his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), in 1980; and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), in 1986. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN).
